About the federation
The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chess Federation is the governing body for chess in St Vincent and the Grenadines. We run the national championships, keep the ratings, train arbiters and select the teams that represent St Vincent and the Grenadines abroad.
Our mission
To develop chess in St Vincent and the Grenadines: national championships, junior chess and national teams.
The federation sanctions tournaments, publishes the rating list and selects national teams for the Chess Olympiad and youth events.
It is run by an elected council of volunteers. Clubs and schools affiliate to the federation, and players join as members.
Our vision
Chess in every parish and on every island of the Grenadines.
